ONIX operates this online store for the sale of custom phone cases. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products

All products are made to order via our print-on-demand fulfilment partner. Product images are representative � colours and designs may vary slightly depending on screen calibration and print batches. We do not guarantee specific stock levels as all products are printed on demand.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely via Square at the time of purchase
• We accept major debit and credit cards
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or customs duties in your country

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfilment pipeline quickly. You may request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of ordering by emailing hello@shop-onix.com. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled � but our returns policy still applies.

5. Shipping

Delivery times vary by region and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or events outside our control. Full shipping details are available on our Shipping & Returns page.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Full details are on our Returns Policy page.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site � including designs, logos, text, and images � is the property of ONIX and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

8. User Accounts

You may create an account to manage your orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in dispute.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant territory.
